India's $35 Linux Laptop!

India's HRD minister Kipil Sibal unveiled Linux based touch screen laptop this week. The device's application consist of web-browser, pdf reader and the ability to add new components claimed Mr.Sibal.

The device was developed by India's IIT and IISc. Mr. Sibal also added that they have approached big companies for mass production.

Thanks to Linux for making it this cheap.
